Dee is an artistic wellness coach who helps others reconnect with themselves through creativity, nature, and the art of seeing.
After experiencing burnout, she rediscoverd a sense of calm and aliveness through painting, nature journaling, and creative expression. Now, she creates gentle, supportive spaces where others can slow down, explore, and reconnect without pressure or expectation.
Inspired by the rhythms of nature, Dee’s work invites a return to presence, balance, and what matters most.
Creator of Wildly Well and A Strong Presence, she believes that when we care for ourselves creatively and intentionally, we not only transform our own wellbeing but also how we show up in the world.
